1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing aisims.ai or using the aisims simulation infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This includes our MCP Gateway, Core Orchestrator, and individual simulation nodes.

2. Description of Service

Aisims provides a micro-simulation architecture for AI agents. Our services allow for the execution of high-fidelity simulations via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Simulation Usage & AI Ethics

Users and AI Agents utilizing the platform must not use simulations to generate harmful content, facilitate illegal activities, or attempt to bypass the security protocols of our Core Orchestrator. We reserve the right to "Snapshot & Kill" any simulation job that violates these standards.

4. Intellectual Property

The aisims core runner, SDKs, and platform architecture are the exclusive property of aisims.ai. Unauthorized reproduction of our proprietary MCP gateway logic is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aisims.ai provides simulation environments "as-is." We are not liable for the reasoning outcomes or decisions made by autonomous agents utilizing our infrastructure.
